Growth Marketing Manager (DeFi)

Location: Remote for candidates based in the UK or EU; CET timezone

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD per year

A novel DeFi protocol focused on token-backed insurance and staking, incubated by a DeFi risk and intelligence company and targeting a September launch.

What you will do

• Lead the marketing function and gradually take over responsibilities from the current incubation team.
• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
• Scale brand activation, awareness, and visibility.
• Develop partnerships, comarketing initiatives, and events marketing campaigns.
• Work with the social media marketer, leadership team, and business development function.

Requirements

• DeFi-native marketing background in a protocol, DEX, DeFi trading, DeFi infrastructure, or onchain security environment.
• Experience leading the growth function of an early-stage or 0-to-1 DeFi brand.
• Experience working crossfunctionally within a small startup team.
• Must be based in the UK or EU and able to work in the CET timezone.
