Salary: $87,840–$109,900 (estimated pay range for candidates based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington D.C.)

What you will do
- Lead audience acquisition and engagement strategy for flagship customer events (SIGNAL, SIGNAL World Tour, Exec Connect).
- Build integrated event marketing plans across email, web, paid, social, sales activation, field marketing, partner channels, and internal advocacy.
- Own event campaign calendars, messaging plans, audience segmentation, channel mix, and optimization plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop on-brand event marketing copy for email journeys, web pages, registration flows, sales enablement, and know-before-you-go communications.
- Execute and optimize campaigns in Marketo, manage targeting/segmentation, and ensure alignment with lead capture, attribution, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel; build dashboards/reports and run tests to improve registration, show-rate risk, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- US hiring eligibility: role is remote but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, field marketing, campaign marketing, or event marketing.
- 3+ years of experience supporting B2B/customer/field/executive events or event-led marketing campaigns.
- Experience building integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, digital, social, paid, sales activation, field marketing, or partner channels.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel (segmentation, lead capture, conversion, attribution, pipeline influence, ROI measurement).
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel (or similar) to execute campaigns and analyze/report results; strong Excel skills.
