Staff Pharmacist ($40,000 Sign-on Bonus + Relocation)

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for other schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply. The position also offers a $40,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers about healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and PHI requirements.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners through outreach and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and address varied medical concerns.
