Chief of Staff (AI Product Operations)

Location: London, hybrid; in-person at the offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner directly with the VP Product as the first Chief of Staff in the Product organisation, owning strategic and operational follow-through.
• Build AI agents, Claude skills, automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting that make product teams more effective.
• Own the product tool stack, including Claude, Figma, Linear, Notion, Pylon, Mixpanel, Datadog, and related systems.
• Coordinate product launches and releases, ensuring readiness, documentation, internal enablement, and customer usability.
• Design and mature alpha, beta, and design partner programmes, including feedback capture and go-to-market readiness.
• Own company-level product metrics, product communications, roadmap materials, documentation, product events, and learning programmes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in chief of staff, product operations, product management, business operations, strategy and operations, or consulting.
• Experience ideally includes B2B SaaS and building operational systems rather than only inheriting them.
• Strong partnership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to represent a senior leader and challenge decisions directly.
• Hands-on experience using AI and building agents, automations, or internal tools that other people adopted.
• Ability to create working prototypes without waiting for engineering support.
• Comfort pulling, analysing, and turning data into actionable product insights.

Nice to have

• Experience across more than one of chief of staff, product operations, product management, business operations, strategy and operations, or consulting.
• Experience working closely with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Customer, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, and IT.
