Head of Product Operations (Fintech SaaS)

Location: London, United Kingdom, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement

Salary: £100,000–£150,000 per annum

What you will do

• Build and scale a best-in-class Product Operating Model across multiple product lines.
• Design and embed a robust Product Delivery Lifecycle.
• Drive delivery predictability and operational discipline across product teams.
• Lead product-level metrics, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Champion AI adoption across requirements, prioritisation, and testing workflows.
• Improve PM effectiveness through tooling, processes, and governance.

Requirements

• Experience leading product operations in a scaling product organisation.
• Strong understanding of product delivery lifecycles, operating models, and governance.
• Experience with product metrics, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Strategy.
• Experience driving operational excellence and delivery predictability.
