Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote across Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; candidates working from other countries must already have the right to work there.

Salary: €112.1K–€132.4K in Western/Northern Europe, €100.9K–€119.2K in Southern Europe, €89.7K–€105.9K in Central/Eastern Europe, £106.6K–£136.7K in the United Kingdom, or €128.9K–€152.3K in the Republic of Ireland, plus equity.

What you will do

• Identify and solve high-leverage problems across the workflow-building journey, from setup and configuration to debugging and production use.
• Turn technically complex capabilities into intuitive product experiences in collaboration with Design and Engineering.
• Improve how builders work with integrations, data, credentials, schemas, reusable capabilities, AI models, web search, and emerging standards such as MCP.
• Engage with customers, community members, and internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and product opportunities.
• Define product bets, priorities, success metrics, prototypes, experiments, and incremental releases.
• Lead cross-functional work across Engineering, Design, Data, DevRel, Documentation, PMM, Support, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping impactful software products in fast-moving environments.
• Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to simplify complex technical products.
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, authentication, schemas, data flows, and system constraints.
• Strong product discovery and data analysis skills, including defining metrics and validating assumptions.
• Experience building products for technical users and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Company language is English; candidates outside Germany must have existing right to work in their selected country.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party APIs, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems.
• Community or open-source product experience.
• Experience with LLMs, agents, model providers, evaluations, or AI platform capabilities.
• Cloud/SaaS experience involving reliability, scalability, security, and enterprise requirements.
