Director, Investor Relations (AI Infrastructure)

Location: New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Partner with the SVP of Investor Relations on investor messaging, engagement strategy, market expectations, and public-company readiness.
• Develop investor presentations, management talking points, Q&A materials, financial narratives, and earnings communications.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other capital-markets stakeholders.
• Prepare the SVP, CEO, CFO, and senior leaders for investor meetings, conferences, and external engagements.
• Build financial, valuation, peer, and competitive analyses to inform investor positioning and management decisions.
• Synthesize investor feedback and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, Infrastructure, Marketing, and leadership on consistent external messaging and board updates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related capital-markets roles.
• Significant in-house investor relations experience combined with prior Wall Street or public-markets experience.
• Experience working with senior investors and executives.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial and valuation modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and financial topics clearly.
• Strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, executive presence, and the ability to own confidential workstreams independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, networking, software, or adjacent sectors.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve productivity and the value delivered by an investor-relations program.
