Director, Investor Relations

Location: Hybrid role based in Westlake, Texas, or New York, New York

Salary: $121,400–$269,900 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities

hirify.global is a financial services firm whose Investor Relations team connects the company with shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.

What you will do

• Help develop and execute investor relations strategy and external communications.
• Lead quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, annual meeting materials, executive briefings, and Board-level reporting.
• Develop clear narratives about financial performance, capital position, strategic priorities, competitive advantages, and growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and support meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Analyze shareholder composition, institutional ownership, investor sentiment, peer performance, valuation trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate complex workstreams across Finance, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Risk, and business leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, CFA, CPA, or other advanced degree or certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Corporate Strategy, Capital Markets, Financial Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public company financial communications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing presentations, executive communications, earnings materials, Board-level reporting, or external-facing financial communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and work effectively with senior leaders, investors, analysts, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, brokerage, asset management, or another regulated industry.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or another advanced degree or certification.
