Manager, Capital Markets (AI)

What you will do

• Support debt and equipment financing initiatives, including term-sheet negotiations and financing recommendations.
• Prepare project materials and coordinate information flow with banks, private credit funds, institutional investors, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain accurate, flexible financial models and manage transaction due diligence.
• Coordinate loan and financing documentation, deal trackers, post-closing lender interactions, reporting, and covenant compliance.
• Monitor financing structures in the AI and cloud infrastructure markets and maintain an internal market database.
• Prepare financial analyses, executive and Board presentations, KPI dashboards, and recommendations to optimize the cost of capital.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, private credit, structured finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting or executing debt, equipment financing, or other capital-raising transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing due diligence and coordinating with lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of debt financing structures, term sheets, loan documentation, and financing terms.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment offers are contingent upon verification of work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with equipment financing, structured debt, private credit, project finance, or asset-backed financing.
• Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, technology, or another capital-intensive industry.
• Experience with investor relations, Board reporting, capital structure evaluation, or cost-of-capital optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or other financial modeling and analysis tools.
