What you will do

• Develop investor communications, including press releases, earnings scripts, and presentations.
• Manage the Investor Relations calendar, covering earnings cycles, conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
• Assist in the quarterly review of SEC filings such as 10Ks, 10Qs, and 8Ks.
• Coordinate the earnings process, including Q&A preparation and proofing of materials.
• Monitor analyst publications and peer company earnings to provide strategic insights to management.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Capital Markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Ability to build strong relationships with executives, analysts, and investors.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Background in Banks, Brokers, B2B, or SaaS industries.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
