• Coordinate project plans, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Development.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Facilitate working sessions and client-facing status updates to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary.
• Apply modern delivery practices such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD to support team execution.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and routine project reporting.

• Complete fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
• PMP certification with proven experience in managing complex software implementation or data migration projects.
• Must be based in Canada with availability for occasional travel across the United States and Canada.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Jira.
• Experience with pension administration, benefits platforms, or HR technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass a Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.
