Project Coordinator, Technology Infrastructure

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. The proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually for the Chicago market, based on experience, qualifications, and position location. Additional incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Support Project Managers across all phases of the project management lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and control project schedules, including updates, mitigation decisions, and escalations.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, action items, response plans, and resolution plans.
• Track and reconcile project financials, latest estimates, actuals, and planned costs.
• Maintain resource information for capacity planning and portfolio support.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms, processes, procedures, and governance models.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing project activities as a Senior IT Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on experience creating project artifacts and supporting Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and enterprise development concepts.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States at the specified location; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
