Implementation Manager for Payors (AI)

Location: United States; remote with 25–40% travel to client sites and periodic travel to the Palo Alto headquarters

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year, including base salary and performance bonus; equity offered

What you will do

• Own health plan use case deployments end to end, from contract signature through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Create and maintain implementation charters covering timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and sign-off criteria.
• Configure dialers, agents, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, and routing logic based on use case requirements.
• Coordinate member data onboarding with health plan IT and data teams, including eligibility files, risk stratification outputs, care gap flags, and program eligibility fields.
• Manage alignment across population health, care management, clinical operations, Stars/HEDIS, IT, and vendor management stakeholders.
• Define the standard health plan onboarding process and build reusable playbooks, templates, and checklists for scalable deployments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience with health plans or managed care organizations.
• Deep knowledge of health plan operations, including population health, care management, Stars/HEDIS, and utilization management.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments with 60–120-day timelines.
• Hands-on experience with health plan member data and coordination with IT or data teams to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Familiarity with health plan IT environments, vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, BAA requirements, and care management integrations such as ZeOmega, Jiva, or Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong project management and process documentation skills, including playbooks, checklists, and reusable templates.

Nice to have

• Experience at healthcare SaaS companies serving payors or in healthcare IT consulting for health plan clients.
• Experience with voice AI, outbound member engagement platforms, dialers, or telephony configuration.
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and data governance in regulated environments.
• Experience scaling implementation processes across multiple customers or deployments.
