Senior Compensation Consultant

Location: Remote, Texas; travel up to 20% of the time

Salary: $97,460–$110,935 per year (California pay-transparency range across locations)

What you will do

• Advise prospective and existing clients’ executive leadership on compensation strategies, philosophies, and pay programs.
• Evaluate base and variable pay programs and design commission, sales incentive, merit, bonus, referral, retention, and sign-on plans.
• Conduct client research, market analyses, data analysis, reporting, and pay equity assessments.
• Align compensation and rewards programs with performance management processes and business objectives.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to clients, internal departments, sales partners, and service providers.
• Develop internal tools and educational materials while coaching and mentoring associate and specialist team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in compensation.
• One year of hirify.global compensation consulting experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is required in the experience requirements.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
• Must be able to work remotely from Texas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with a concentration in business.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, listed as preferred in the certifications section.
