What you will do

• Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analyses using survey data.
• Administer compensation survey aggregation platforms like MarketPay and manage job matching workflows.
• Support annual compensation planning cycles, including base pay and incentive program administration.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and pay equity analyses.
• Partner with HR Operations and Business Partners to provide analytical support and compensation guidance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or finance.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and complex data analysis.
• Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, job evaluation, and incentive programs.
• Experience with compensation survey providers and market data platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or progress toward it.
• Experience supporting compensation programs within a multinational organization.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and compensation management systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered technologies for data analysis and process automation.
