Software Engineer - Advisory Suite (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s proprietary advisory services for block trading, portfolio management, and IRA products.
• Design and architect a scalable platform focused on high quality and performance.
• Write production code across frontend, backend, databases, and distributed systems.
• Make technical decisions supporting high availability, throughput, concurrency, and long-term maintainability.
• Develop and implement order management systems and high-load financial transactional systems.

Requirements

• Previous software engineering experience with trading or exchange systems is required, including OMS, EMS, exchanges, market making, algorithmic trading, or quantitative trading.
• Strong software engineering experience; senior-level experience is preferred.
• Experience with system design, object-oriented data modeling, service-oriented architecture, and system abstraction.
• Coding experience in low- and high-level languages such as C, C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java, Scala, or Python.
• Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput optimization, messaging queues, distributed systems, scalability, high availability, databases, and concurrency control.
• Analytical, data-oriented approach to engineering problems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
• Experience with observability, tracing, continuous profiling, and benchmarking.
