Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Lexington, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with onsite work 3 days per week. Candidates must be local when the assignment starts.

What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy software for operational use in the field.
• Build full-stack solutions for programs involving hardware, software, and real-time analytics.
• Work with a small team through rapid development cycles.
• Contribute to secure systems spanning architecture, threat modeling, cryptographic protocol design, implementation, prototyping, and transition.
• Integrate hardware and software and develop systems resilient to adversarial threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of software or algorithm development experience.
• Strong experience with Rust, C/C++, Python, Java, AWS, Docker, Linux, Git/GitHub, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with full-stack development, SQL backend programming, object-oriented software design, and hardware-software integration.
• Experience with machine learning/AI, GPUs or CUDA, software documentation, and software design and development.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain an active Secret Clearance; an interim clearance is sufficient to start.

Nice to have

• Agile software development experience.
• C++11 or later, STL, Boost, C#, GUI, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, MVC frameworks, OpenMP, FPGA, TensorFlow, and web application development.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
