What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex, large-scale systems powering high-value remittance experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, React Native, and backend languages like Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and observability to meet strict availability and latency SLOs.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to translate customer needs into robust technical strategies.
• Mentor peers and foster a collaborative engineering culture through technical discussions and onboarding support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with end-to-end system ownership.
• 3+ years of experience with React or React Native and native mobile development.
• Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
• Demonstrated experience designing distributed, microservices-based systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to commute to the office.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record of delivering production-quality code in high-scale environments.
