Salary: $180,000–$225,000

What you will do

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex systems powering high-value send experiences.
• Ship scalable, observable, and reliable code across web, mobile, and backend services.
• Translate customer signals and data into technical strategies for high-value senders.
• Operate AI-natively to prototype, validate concepts, and act as a force-multiplier.
• Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver solutions for a global customer base.
• Mentor teammates and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and system design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience building end-to-end systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for customer-facing web experiences.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android or React Native).
• Strong backend skills in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
• Demonstrated experience designing distributed, large-scale systems and microservices.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
