Sr. Manager, Tech Project Management - Spacecraft Delivery & Integration (Aerospace)

Location: Greater Seattle Area; U.S. citizenship, national status, permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status required

Salary: $145,188–$203,263.20 per year for Washington applicants; ranges may differ at other sites.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers.
• Oversee complex projects from planning and kickoff through final spacecraft delivery and closeout.
• Manage master schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and contingency plans across vertical integration and spacecraft delivery projects.
• Provide senior leadership with clear updates on project status, risks, opportunities, and delivery performance.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and launch operations.
• Standardize project management practices and implement continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience in high-tech manufacturing or aerospace.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing project managers or technical staff.
• Experience managing complex projects through the full lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, resource-planning, and risk-management skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, current Green Card holder, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with spacecraft, launch vehicle, or satellite development and delivery.
• Experience in vertically integrated manufacturing from component production through final assembly.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling and project management software.
