Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (Aerospace)

Salary: $167,808–$225,628 USD annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end spacecraft programs from early development through qualification, production, and delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of development efforts aligned with business and technical strategy.
• Own program schedules, budgets, risks, resource planning, and technical interdependencies.
• Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, including labor planning, materials procurement, and subcontractors.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable work plans and measurable progress.
• Mentor program managers and team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with a master’s degree in engineering, systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing technical development or R&D scope and sophisticated aerospace hardware programs.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and agile management practices.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.
• Must be eligible to maintain a security clearance.
• Must meet U.S. export-control and government-contract eligibility requirements, including U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain required authorizations.
