Sr. Manager, GTM FP&A

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California, with two days in the office each week on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Salary: $162,000–$223,300 USD annual base salary for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Partner with Go-to-Market leadership across Partners, Sales Enablement, Sales Development, and GTM Consolidation.
• Own consolidated GTM expense forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Develop financial and operational models for headcount planning, productivity, pipeline generation, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate partner programs and sales enablement investments through ROI frameworks, performance analysis, and resource-allocation models.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and presentations that turn financial and operational performance into actionable insights.
• Lead process improvements, reporting automation, AI-enabled finance workflows, and cross-functional planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco, California, and available to work in the office two days per week.
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and Go-to-Market organizations.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems, AI and automation tools, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Nice to have

• MBA, consulting, investment banking, or Big Four experience.
• Experience with Anaplan or Workday.
• Experience in a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS organization.
