Salary: $162,000 — $249,700 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to GTM leadership, supporting Partners, Sales Enablement, and Sales Development.
• Own the consolidated GTM expense forecast and coordinate reporting and executive-level insights across the finance organization.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and identifying operational efficiencies.
• Develop scalable operational and financial models for headcount planning and GTM investment decisions.
• Build executive-ready dashboards and presentations to synthesize performance into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Manage and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst to foster a high-performance team environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with GTM organizations (Sales, Partners, RevOps).
• Proficiency with FP&A systems; experience with Anaplan and Workday is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 experience.
• Prior experience in high-growth technology, software, or SaaS organizations.
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools for improving finance workflows.
