Systems Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Design enhancements and new business applications or information systems solutions.
• Integrate technical and business requirements into viable solution designs.
• Identify the best technical solutions and define resulting technical specifications within the existing code environment.
• Connect business analyst needs and architectural definitions to technical implementations.
• Support application configuration, rapid prototyping, requirements management, and system performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of information technology experience, or technical certification and/or college coursework with 4 years of information technology experience, or 6 years of information technology experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration and big data analytics technologies, including HAVeN, Hadoop, Autonomy, or Vertica.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as Tibco, Informatica, or CAS.
• Knowledge of mobile technologies including PhoneGap, iOS, Android, Java, and HTML5.
• Knowledge of scripting languages including Bash, Perl, Python, and Ruby.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and SOAP or REST.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, PHP, Ruby, and C#.
• Knowledge of rapid prototyping, requirements definition and management, Agile/Scrum/iterative SDLC methodologies, system performance management, conceptual and creative thinking, problem solving, analytical thinking, and strong oral and written communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
