Associate Implementation Analyst (Software)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $62,696–$70,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client software deployments.
• Gather credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documentation.
• Prepare and review product workbooks and support client validation configuration.
• Review and troubleshoot third-party issues.
• Educate clients on software capabilities and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Coordinate project resources, manage client expectations, and keep implementation schedules on track.

Requirements

• Entry-level professional with a basic skill set and proficiency in the subject area.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to perform client and third-party onboarding activities.
• Ability to shadow and assist with configuration and user acceptance testing implementation activities.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
