Sr Analyst, Service and Integration Functions

Location: USA - NJ - Camden. Hybrid work schedule; fully remote may be considered for the right candidate. Preference is given to candidates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or New York. Target base salary: $119,100–$163,800 annually.

What you will do

• Support and monitor business-critical EDI/B2B integrations and production processes.
• Troubleshoot EDI transaction, mapping, connectivity, and production issues.
• Onboard new trading partners and maintain existing partner integrations.
• Support SAP ECC/S4 integrations through SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP/CPI.
• Participate in the migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP/CPI.
• Collaborate with business teams, external partners, and technical teams while maintaining documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience supporting EDI/B2B integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 and/or UCS standards.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 and SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP/CPI.
• Familiarity with AS2, VAN, SFTP, and other B2B connectivity protocols.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer goods, retail, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain environments.
• Exposure to X12 transaction sets such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 846, 940, 945, 947, and 997.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite/Cloud Integration (CPI) and external trading-partner onboarding.
