Partner Solutions Engineer (Data Analytics)

Location: Must be based in the US (SF, NYC, or Remote)

Compensation: $177,000 - $236,500 OTE

What you will do

• Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for the SI/consulting partner ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library to ensure partner teams can run strong product demos.
• Lead technical onboarding for new partners, including joint solutioning and architecture reviews.
• Deliver live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours to scale partner self-sufficiency.
• Act as the technical point of contact for strategic deals, providing proof-of-value support and architecture design.
• Channel technical feedback from partners to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python.
• Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch.
• Working knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran).
• Willingness to travel roughly 25-30% for partner sessions and field events.
