Mgr Projects - Maint Cap - East

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work for most office roles. Travel may be required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Develop and execute multiple sophisticated natural gas and liquids programs and projects.
• Manage multi-year departmental budgets and maintain effective project controls.
• Review and approve project documents, designs, and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Analyze technical alternatives, identify project risks, and complete project analyses.
• Develop high-performing work teams and supervise engineering and project management professionals.
• Build effective working relationships with contractors, producers, customers, and internal business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, with a background in engineering, project controls, commercial development, operations, and/or project management.
• Experience managing programs and supervising engineering and project management professionals.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera and Oracle Applications.
• Experience with project analysis and volume forecasting.
• Knowledge of DOT design requirements, industry-standard methodologies, Microsoft Office, and PC applications; strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least seven years of project execution experience.
• Engineering degree, advanced degree, PE license, and/or PMP certification.
