What you will do

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and track milestones and deliverables.
• Estimate resources and negotiate for personnel acquisition.
• Perform root-cause analysis on gaps and drive sustainable corrective actions.
• Draft budget proposals and manage project expectations with team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Knowledge of business principles including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide excellent service.
