Civil Project Manager - Natural Gas

Salary: Starting at $140,000 per year; final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Manage natural gas, pipeline, and facility engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk requirements.
• Oversee workload leveling, resource assignments, utilization targets, and corrective actions against performance indicators.
• Drive project KPI improvements, financial management, timely invoicing, and consistent project management practices.
• Coordinate resource planning and technical priorities with practice and department leaders.
• Identify business development and cross-selling opportunities, including proposals, scopes, and budgeting.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience managing oil and gas projects.
• Knowledge of natural gas systems and processes, with specific knowledge of Ohio; solar industry experience is also relevant.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Existing client relationships with utilities, municipalities, or gas service providers.
• Understanding of natural gas systems, utility distribution, midstream infrastructure, or renewable gas technologies.
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Excel, GIS, or related tools.
