What you will do

• Complete the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program and develop financial modeling, valuation, presentation, and professional skills.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination.
• Build and maintain financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital-raising transactions.
• Support live transaction execution, including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on strategic advisory and capital markets mandates.
• Review presentation materials and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and effective team player.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience through training, military service, or education.
