Investment Banking Analyst (Fintech)

Base pay: $110,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination.
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A, LBO, and capital raising transactions.
• Support live transactions through due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on advisory and capital markets mandates.
• Review presentation materials and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, self-starting approach.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience in finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
