What you will do

• Support origination and lead execution of M&A advisory transactions.
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, milestones, and timelines.
• Oversee the quality and development of financial models and client materials.
• Act as the primary client contact on deal execution matters.
• Identify new business opportunities with senior bankers and mentor Analysts and Associates.
• Travel as requested by senior deal team members or clients.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of corporate finance experience as an M&A or Coverage Banker with significant M&A experience.
• Proven investment banking transaction execution experience, including sell-side and buy-side M&A processes.
• Strong leadership, client relationship management, negotiation, analytical, and strategic advisory skills.
• SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 certifications.

Nice to have

• MBA or other master’s degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
