Client Service Representative - Part-time (20hrs/weekly)

Location: On-site in Halifax, NS, at 18 Parkland Dr.; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions and assist with banking transactions.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability.
• Connect clients with the appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
• Problem-solving skills and accountability for resolving client issues.
• Digital literacy and ability to explain mobile banking tools.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
