Client Service Representative, 7.5h/weekly - Beloeil, QC

Location: On-site in Beloeil, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, and financial products.
• Assist with banking transactions and resolve client issues through active listening and problem solving.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Client-focused approach with strong empathy and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues, manage transactions, and follow compliance standards.
• Digital literacy and willingness to learn banking technologies and financial products.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Availability for 7.5 hours per week and on-site work is required.
