Client Service Representative - (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Location: On-site full-time in Markham, ON, at 9690 Highway 48; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, account questions, products, and transactions.
• Build meaningful client interactions and connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members.
• Listen to client concerns, resolve issues, and take accountability for finding effective solutions.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Requirements

• Mandarin and Cantonese language skills required for client service.
• Client-focused approach, empathy, strong interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial services products and transaction services.
• Digital literacy and the ability to learn and explain mobile banking technology.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
