Client Service Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site in Haliburton, Ontario, Canada; may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions and assist with banking transactions.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with other team members.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global specialists to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and digital banking tools.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must work on-site full-time to perform the role.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Client service and customer experience skills.
• Financial products and transaction services knowledge.
• Digital literacy, interpersonal communication, empathy, and client issue resolution skills.
• Commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, and inclusive client service.
