Director, HR Business Partnership - Global Technology (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: USD 176,400–220,500 per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Advise Engineering, Product, Platform, and IT leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and leadership development.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, including team structures, operating models, and ways of working.
• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with future capabilities and long-term organizational health.
• Build high-performing teams through talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Advise on the workforce and organizational impact of AI, automation, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled ways of working.
• Lead change management and transformation initiatives while using people analytics and workforce insights to support decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Technology, or Digital organizations, including software engineering organizations and globally distributed technical teams.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex organizations, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
