Location: Must be based in the NYC-metropolitan area (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)
Salary: $234,000 - $275,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of senior HRBPs while serving as the HRBP for the growth team and executive client groups.
- Design and deliver high-priority talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, and manager development.
- Drive AI adoption within HR workflows, utilizing AI tools for performance calibration, engagement analysis, and workforce planning.
- Partner with the SVP of People and CFO on workforce planning to align headcount strategy with business priorities.
- Lead organizational design initiatives, including spans and layers analysis, team restructures, and role clarity.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters to ensure values-aligned decision-making and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HRBP, People leadership, or equivalent business operations roles.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of developing senior talent.
- Must be based in the NYC-metropolitan area.
- Active work authorization in the US required.
- Experience supporting executive leadership in high-growth or transformational environments.
- Proven ability to leverage AI-enabled workflows and people analytics to inform strategic decisions.
