Salary: $148,750 – $175,000

What you will do

• Serve as the lead People Partner to the PSC Division President and IPM leadership team.
• Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities, identifying talent risks and capability gaps.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership assessments, and development planning.
• Drive organizational design and workforce planning to align structures with future business needs.
• Leverage workforce analytics and data insights to inform leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Compensation and other COEs to deliver integrated people solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development required.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed, global environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
• Experience supporting professional services, consulting, or facilities management organizations.
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Global experience supporting leaders and teams across multiple regions.
