Personal Banker - Universal (Harmony and Lemay)

Location: Onsite in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking products and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and share of wallet through personalized service and community partnerships.
• Use banking technology, tools, and resources to educate customers and support financial transactions.
• Manage customer issues, branch operations, and operational risk in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage risk and follow banking policies and procedures.
• This is an in-office position based in Fort Collins, Colorado; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
