Senior CSA Estimator (Construction)

Location: Remote; estimating locations include New York, NY; Bridgeport; Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; Raleigh, NC; and Vancouver, BC.

Salary: $109,000–$140,000 annually, depending on skills, education, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
• Lead the development of the total project estimate.
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Recommend cost contingencies and analyze solutions to problems of varying complexity.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for project estimates.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of progressively responsible estimating experience in a construction environment.
• Demonstrated experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or progress toward completing the qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
