hirify.global provides infrastructure services for the power industry, including the design, construction, and maintenance of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects.

What you will do

• Review RFPs, project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, materials pricing, equipment requirements, and OEM cost estimates.
• Coordinate with business development, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and subject-matter experts.
• Identify project risks and support risk-matrix preparation and go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain cost databases, estimating software, Excel templates, and estimate version-control processes.
• Meet bidding schedules, participate in estimate reviews, and improve estimating tools and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of estimating experience.
• Working knowledge of utility-scale solar and BESS equipment and operations.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings and perform accurate calculations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including exceptional Excel proficiency.

• Electrical, utility-scale solar, or BESS operations and maintenance experience.
