Senior Product Manager OTR (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $125,300–$154,100 base pay annually

What you will do

• Own product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, priorities, and business outcomes for a major digital platform modernization initiative.
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through execution and go-to-market, translating organizational objectives into actionable product plans.
• Modernize legacy platforms by migrating complex customer workflows and introducing scalable digital solutions.
• Partner with UX researchers, designers, engineers, business teams, and executives to develop user-centered products and align on strategic trade-offs.
• Use generative AI, analytics, dashboards, product metrics, and OKRs to guide discovery, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor product managers and strengthen discovery, execution, planning, and strategic decision-making practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, design, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional product management experience owning outcomes for complex, multifaceted initiatives.
• Experience developing long-term strategies and multi-year roadmaps, and leading products from discovery through go-to-market.
• Expertise in platform modernization, legacy-system transformation, workflow migration, scalable digital products, and user-centered development.
• Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-driven workflows, plus strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, make strategic trade-offs, and influence senior and executive-level audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, product management, product development, or marketing.
• Experience with multi-quarter platform planning, complex launches, OTR payments, commercial card systems, fleet solutions, or related fintech domains.
• Experience mentoring product managers and strengthening product management practices.
• Agentic AI certification.
