Robot Support Associate (Robotics)

Location: Haslet, TX, United States; onsite warehouse work

Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour at the start of employment

What you will do

• Monitor a fleet management interface and operational metrics to maintain uninterrupted autonomous-robot throughput.
• Respond to alerts, pathing jams, physical robot faults, and hardware exceptions.
• Perform basic physical and digital triage, clear error states, recover stalled robots, and return them to active service.
• Log detailed fault and bug reports to support incident root-cause analysis.
• Partner with operations, Service technicians, and Engineering to diagnose recurring hardware, software, and sensor failures.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and test or validate firmware, software patches, and hardware retrofits on the live floor.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an automated warehouse, manufacturing facility, autonomous fleet monitoring, or technical operations environment.
• Comfort navigating complex software dashboards, fleet management software, and basic hardware diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to remain calm during high-volume operational incidents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, WMS systems, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 12 hours, work at elevated heights with fall protection, and lift or move up to 40 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
