Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics

Location: Onsite at a customer location in Las Vegas, NV, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time

Salary: $50,000–$90,000 annual base salary, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own onsite monitoring and operational performance of the Locus robotic fleet, including system health, robot activity, task execution, and workflows.
• Optimize warehouse workflows to achieve throughput targets and operational KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair robots and related hardware or software systems to maintain uptime and stability.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development and continuous improvement.
• Analyze throughput, UPH, lines per hour, and utilization data to produce operational recommendations.
• Coordinate between customer operations and internal teams, and help develop standard operating procedures and deployment playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking workflows, labor management, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on hardware or software troubleshooting experience, or strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily, adapt to operational schedules, and frequently bend, stoop, lift, walk, and reach; ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
