Salary: $120,000–$173,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple software engineering teams through feedback, mentoring, performance management, and career planning.
• Manage delivery priorities across customer needs, technical debt, production support, and platform modernization.
• Coordinate release planning, OKRs, cross-team initiatives, risk management, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Product, UX, QA, Support, CloudOps, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Coordinate responses to production incidents and customer-impacting issues.
• Set architectural direction and advance engineering quality through automation, observability, security, modernization, and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership or management across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Experience building high-performing teams, managing performance, and supporting career growth.
• Background delivering enterprise software with active customers, production support, and regular release cycles.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, scalable application design, legacy modernization, and secure development.
• Experience with .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, relational databases, Blazor, .NET MAUI, AWS or similar cloud environments, deployment automation, monitoring, observability, and Azure DevOps.
