Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Temp)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be located within the Pacific Time Zone.

Compensation: $55–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on scope, skills, experience, certifications, and physical location.

What you will do

• Advise Sales, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management.
• Review, approve, and process customer and prospect deals in line with company policies.
• Draft, modify, interpret, and finalize contracts for new, add-on, and upsell Cloud Subscription Services.
• Work with Finance and Legal to validate contract terms, conditions, and compliance.
• Support Sales and Account Management with quoting tools and CRM queries, including testing enhancements.
• Deliver sales enablement training and drive commercial process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• At least 5 years of professional Deal Desk experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience supporting global or multinational customers and deals.
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills when working with Sales teams.
• Excellent understanding of pricing, deal structuring, contracting, commercial terms, and conditions.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet daily deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, CRM systems, Salesforce, and CPQ; experience with hirify.global’s systems is a plus.
