Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Structure and price high-value, complex SaaS deals.
• Review quotes, contracts, discounts, payment terms, and non-standard deal requests.
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, approval workflows, and internal policies.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve deal questions and roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate deal data in Salesforce and track deal performance, approval timelines, and quote-to-close efficiency.
• Improve Deal Desk processes, systems, and documentation to reduce cycle times.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise B2B SaaS transactions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, commercially minded approach with confidence advising and influencing stakeholders.
