What you will do

• Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced device engineering methodologies, processes, and solutions.
• Develop and optimize semiconductor devices and processes for device characterization and new technology development.
• Solve complex technical challenges and improve device performance, manufacturability, and engineering practices.
• Plan and support device development projects and large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and introduce new technologies and process enhancements.
• Mentor engineers and project team members and contribute to technical publications, conferences, patents, and industry knowledge advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited degree program.
• Graduating with at least a 3.0 overall GPA and in good academic standing.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Knowledge of device physics, process integration, and analytical modeling.
