Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines, mold tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
• Respond to equipment alarms, abnormalities, and downtime events to sustain production lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and tooling-related issues.
• Inspect, clean, replace, and refurbish mold tooling, and support machine setup, recovery, and qualification.
• Monitor equipment performance, document maintenance activities, and implement reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams while following safety, ESD, cleanroom, and company standards.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree, two-year technical or trade degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
