What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines, mold tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and tooling-related issues.
• Conduct mold tooling inspection, cleaning, replacement, and refurbishment activities.
• Support machine setup, recovery, and qualification activities to sustain production lines.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve operational goals.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CAD.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and adherence to safety, ESD, and cleanroom standards.
