What you will do

• Lead and mentor three Agile software engineering teams.
• Own the technical roadmap and delivery for Inventory, Discovery, and Identity Graph services.
• Guide the design and development of scalable cloud-native microservices using .NET 9.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and UX leadership on technical strategy.
• Promote the adoption of AI coding assistants and automated testing practices.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation and career development.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience managing Agile software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET/C#.
• Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures on Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Elasticsearch.
• Background in identity management, cybersecurity, or Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of graph databases or relationship-based data models.
• Experience scaling SaaS or enterprise software engineering organizations.
• Experience establishing AI-first engineering practices.
